Week Eleven Analysis: LaRod Stephens-Howling is a third-stringer running behind an atrocious offensive line. However, in a heavy bye week, you could probably do worse than a guy who's scored in two of his last three games, and who's averaged 18 touches for 82 combo yards over that same span. Atlanta is a middling run defense that's given up four touchdowns to opposing backs in their last four games, and last week New Orleans backs totaled 184 combo yards against the Falcons. Expect Stephens-Howling's receiving chops to be especially useful with Arizona most likely playing from behind all day.
Week Eight Adds: It was hard not to be impressed with the game that LaRod Stephens-Howling put together in the Metrodome against a very good run defense. Despite his diminutive stature, he showed remarkable strength to go along with some of his better-known attributes, like his cutting ability, and his good hands. The Cardinals offensive line just played its best game of the year, too (at least as run blockers). His schedule, however, doesn't offer a lot of help. He's unstartable next week against the 49ers, and won't face a favorable matchup for three more games, when he gets the Rams and Jets. I'd bid around $12 in PPR leagues, and $7 in non-PPR formats.
