Andre Brown's value and Ahmad Bradshaw's neck injury
Move over David Wilson, there's a new handcuff running back in New York.
Ahmad Bradshaw owners and waiver wire watchers will learn the extent of the Giants running back's neck injury this week. Bradshaw has an MRI scheduled for Monday.
Bradshaw left Sunday's win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with five carries for 16 yards. But is was the bench-warming Andre Brown – not rookie David Wilson – that replaced Bradshaw in the Giants backfield.
Andre Brown finished with 13 carries for 71 yards and a touchdown. He added 2 catches for 19 yards to finish with 90 all-purpose yards.
The extend of Ahmad Bradshaw's neck injury will determine the fantasy value of Andre Brown, but the third-year pro is certainly worth a look – and a must-add for Bradshaw owners.
Andre Brown is currently owned in fewer than one percent of fantasy football leagues.
