Week Three Analysis: There's something to starting a veteran swarming defense against a rookie quarterback. Rex Ryan was quoted as saying that this version of the Jets defense is the "best he has ever coached." While that may be brown-nosing coach-speak, we'll see if it stacks up this week against Ryan Tannehill and the Dolphins. Tannehill looked lost while facing a very good Texans team in Week 1, but was incredibly competent while facing the lowly Raiders last week. If Darrelle Revis cannot return from his concussion, it hurts the team some, but they will still be a good play without him on the field.
Week One Analysis: When you have Rex Ryan as your head coach and stars like Darrelle Revis, Antonio Cromartie and the newly acquired "Dirty 30," LaRon Landry in the secondary, it's a recipe for some picks. When you face the Bills, the team that threw more interceptions than any team in the NFL last year, the recipe is worthy of a Betty Crocker seal of approval. If the Bills have the guts to throw the ball, the Jets should come up with at least three picks.
