Paul Charchian's Top Drops - Week 3

Charles Johnson – I don't doubt that Charles Johnson will have some good games throughout the season, but his usage has been very limited through two games with just six targets and three receptions. And he now faces two straight excellent secondaries (SD and Den) and then a bye week.  You're not going to start him any time soon.

Alfred Blue – Alfred Blue isn't good. He's been demoted.  And Arian Foster is poised to return. I don't think this requires any further explanation.

Michael Floyd –  I know he's battling a finger injury, but he's also battling a borderline Hall Of Famer (Larry Fitzgerald) and one of the best young prospects in the league (John Brown).  I don't see dependable scoring coming from Floyd this year.

Eddie Royal – With Brandon Marshall gone, I was hoping that Eddie Royal would be a PPR machine. It isn't working out that way, even with Alshon Jeffery also missing.  Compounding matters, Jay Cutler's hamstring injury should keep him off the field for a couple weeks, and there's no way I'm banking on Jimmy Clausen.

Benny Cunningham – If you held Cunningham through Week 2, you already know that he's resumed his role as a special teams ace and a spot-duty pass-catching back.  He has no fantasy value with Tre Mason back on the team and Todd Gurley lurking.
