Darren Sproles – DeMarco Murray is one game away from a return to Dallas, so Darren Sproles will continue to see a lot of time in the Eagles offense. This week’s opponent, the Giants, are just fair against receiving running backs.
Teddy Bridgewater - You can make a pretty strong case that Teddy Bridgewater’s best three games are the three games leading up to this week’s matchup. He’s thrown two interceptions in his last seven games, and his accuracy has been excellent. But Teddy rarely posts gaudy fantasy numbers. He’s only been fantasy relevant in two games all year, and he put up decent numbers in the Week 11 matchup (296, 1) If the Packers are without Sam Shields and BJ Raji again, that’ll help, but overall, it’s not easy to project gaudy fantasy stats from Teddy, even if he plays at a high level.
Steven Jackson – No team has an easier Week 17 matchup than the Patriots, and Steven Jackson got almost half the carries last week. He didn’t look particularly good, but anyone with a pulse has a chance to score against Miami.
David Cobb – The Titans are getting zero from their running game, and may want to get a longer look at David Cobb. He led the team with seven carries last week, and Antonio Andrews had just two carries.
DuJuan Harris – He’s the latest San Francisco runner, and he’s got a favorable matchup with a slumping Rams defense in Week 17.
Rashad Jennings – It’s taken a full season, but Rashad Jennings seems to have emerged from the pack of lousy Giants runners. He faces a middle of the pack Eagles run defense this week.
